Shipping policy

We offer free shipping for Canadian* orders over $100 - excluding large or heavy items such as furniture, beds and large bags of dog food. 

*We are sorry, we are unable to include some regions of Canada and international orders in this offer. 

Good Boy Collective is not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen or damaged packages. Once we send your order from our shop, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. We advise you to contact the shipping carrier directly should you have any issues with your delivery. 

Shipping speed and tracking is dependent on which method you choose at checkout. If you choose a shipping method without tracking, please be aware that we will not be able to track or determine the shipping speed of your package. 

We ship orders from our store within 1-3 business days. If you order a handmade item (such as a Dog Tag or a Walk by Good Boy item) or a pre-order item, the lead time is specified in the products description of when your order will be sent. 

Please note: Choosing a faster shipping speed will not change the amount of time your order takes to be processed. The shipping speed you choose will only change how quickly the postal service delivers to you once they have it.
