We only offer exchange/store credit on the following product as we understand you may need to try this item on your dog first:

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. This includes the use of discount codes.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your shipment has arrived to you, or your purchase in store - unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your exchangeable item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags attached.
If the condition of your item is not approved for an exchange, it will be sent or given back to you.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Replacing Defective Items
Items damaged by your pet (i.e chewed, ripped or soiled) will not be considered defective. If the item is damaged in a way we can consider defective, we will consider replacement within 30 days of purchase.
Good Boy Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier.
Shipping speed and tracking is dependent on which method you choose at checkout. If you choose a shipping method without tracking, please be aware that we will not be able to track or determine the shipping speed of your package.
Shipping your Exchange
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
