We only offer exchanges on the following product as we understand you may need to try this item on your dog first:
Items not eligible for exchange include dog toys, "GB-C Gives" donation products, food bowls, paper goods, leashes, and shampoos.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your shipment has arrived to you, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags attached.
If the condition of your item is not approved for an exchange, it will be sent back to you.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. This includes the use of discount codes.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item in another size, send us an email at email@example.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
