HOLIDAY POLICY AND SHIPPING:

If you are outside of BC, we recommend ordering by Dec 1.

If you are within BC and shipping your order, we recommend ordering by Dec 6.

HANDMADE ITEMS (Walk by Good Boy and Hand Stamped Tags):

Orders being shipped: Order by Nov 30

Orders for Local Pick Up: Order by Dec 13. 

Please note: There will be shipping delays due to the high volume of packages our postal service is delivering. We use these dates as a guideline - but we cannot guarantee shipping time.  If you need a more guaranteed date, please choose Xpress or Priority Shipping. A reminder that Good Boy Collective is not responsible for postal delays or lost/stolen packages. If you require assistance with a package that has already sent, please contact Canada Post. 

We are extending our EXCHANGE POLICY for gifts. Holiday Gifts will be eligible for exchange or store credit until JAN 4 2022. Items that are seasonal or on sale (including the use of discount codes) Are FINAL SALE. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging or with original tags attached. To complete your exchange or store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We offer EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT within 7 days of purchase or within 7 days of your package being delivered.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging or with original tags attached. To complete your exchange or store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

After you have exchanged an item, your newly exchanged item is final sale. 

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. The following items are final sale: 

  • Made to Order Long Lines
  • Custom Walk by Good Boy Orders 
  • Hand Stamped Dog Tags
  • Items that are on sale, which includes the use of discount codes. 

We do not offer refunds, however if you have a concern about your products please feel free to contact us.

If the condition of your item is not approved for an exchange, it will be sent or given back to you. 

Shipping your Exchange or Store Credit Item

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When sending your item, please include a note inside the package that has your order number and what you'd like to exchange for (or if you prefer a store credit). 

When we receive your item back, if it’s in the condition listed above and we have the product in stock, we will cover the shipping of the newly exchanged item back to you.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live. 

We do not guarantee that we will receive your exchange and recommend choosing a shipping method that has tracking or insurance for items over $75. 


Replacing Defective Items

Items damaged by your pet (i.e chewed, ripped or soiled) will not be considered defective. If the item is damaged in a way we can consider defective, we will consider replacement within 30 days of purchase. 

Some brands have warranties of their own that differ from our store policy. Please contact us if you have any concerns and we can assist you in when to contact brands directly. 

Walk By Good Boy Brand Warranty

If you come across any issues with the hardware of your leash or collar in it’s lifetime, we are happy to replace the hardware on your leash for you. Hardware includes all stainless steel elements of your leash or collar (ie clips, rings and screws). 

Damage caused by chewing, cutting or misuse of the Biothane lead will not be considered under warranty for replacement. 

Shipping

Good Boy Collective is not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen or damaged packages. Once we send your order from our shop, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. We advise you to contact the shipping carrier directly should you have any issues with your delivery. 

Shipping speed and tracking is dependent on which method you choose at checkout. If you choose a shipping method without tracking, please be aware that we will not be able to track or determine the shipping speed of your package. 

We ship orders from our store within 1-3 business days. If you order a handmade item (such as a Dog Tag or a Walk by Good Boy item) the lead time is specified in the products description of when your order will be sent. 

Please note: Choosing a faster shipping speed will not change the amount of time your order takes to be processed. The shipping speed you choose will only change how quickly the postal service delivers to you once they have it.
